Reinsurance Contract Analyst
The candidate will prepare, review, and finalize formal documentation of terms and conditions for reinsurance arrangements. Will prepare draft contracts, endorsements, and other documents for clients and markets. Research regulations and other industry requirements impacting reinsurance contracts, as needed. Discuss contract issues with broker teams. Facilitates the brokers' negotiation of contract language and liaises with clients and markets, as needed. Assist with Business Plan Strategic Objectives/Action steps, in coordination with Executive Management Team. Maintain contract and correspondence files, in accordance with corporate guidelines. Work with contracts administrative staff, brokers, reinsurers and clients to ensure timely execution of reinsurance contracts. Provide document review, training, and oversight for brokers. Document the status and abstracts the content of contracts in the firm's document tracking systems.
