A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is actively seeking a Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney to join their private equity group. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate experience, with expertise in private credit and mezzanine debt. Duties

• Private Equity Focus: Collaborate with the private equity group, actively participating in private equity transactions.

• SBIC Fund Involvement: Apply knowledge and experience in working with SBIC funds, if applicable.

Requirements

• Experience: Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate experience.
• Private Equity Background: Familiarity with private credit and mezzanine debt transactions.
• SBIC Funds: Preferred experience with Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) funds.
• License: Admission to the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.): Degree from an accredited law school.
