Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to construction, real estate, and business transactions.
• Prepare and argue motions, handle depositions, and manage a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on complex legal matters and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Engage in substantial law and motion practice.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
• Stay current with evolving legal trends and maintain expertise in practice areas.
• Assist in mentoring junior associates and collaborating within the team.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Texas Bar (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction, real estate, or business litigation law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal cases and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Graduation from a top-tier law school or equivalent academic achievement is a plus.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (preferred).
• Board certification in construction or employment law is a strong advantage.
