The role involves providing sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations.

Duties

• Draft complex estate plan and business succession planning documents for high net worth individuals.
• Prepare complex charitable giving documents.
• Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
• Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Process Federal gift and estate tax returns.
• Engage in tax-exempt organization planning.

Requirements

• Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
• Desire to contribute to a team.
• Top academic performance and relevant experience.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
