Duties

• Engage in sophisticated litigation, including class actions.
• Support all aspects of complex disputes and litigation.
• Manage discovery with eDiscovery and Litigation Support team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.
