Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.

• Excellent verbal communication and client interaction skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• Experience in estate planning, elder law, or probate litigation is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Michigan Bar License (Required).
