Duties

• Lead high-value personal injury cases through litigation to resolution, including trials and mediations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, sharing litigation expertise.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Argue motions in court and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Stay informed on relevant statutes to provide sound legal counsel.
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing personal injury cases, trials, and mediations.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the State Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's degree
• J.D. degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
