Duties

• Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather information.
• Serve as legal counsel at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required.
• Proficiency in computers is essential.
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, and medical malpractice is imperative.
• Minimum of three years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial practice.
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership required.
