• Conduct pre-filing investigations in intellectual property litigation cases
• Manage complex discovery processes, negotiations, motions, and hearings
• Take and defend depositions effectively
• Draft pleadings, motions, and pre-and post-trial briefings, as well as appellate briefs
• Conduct pre-suit due diligence investigations
• Grow litigation skills through all stages of IP litigation, from pre-filing to appeal

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation
• Undergraduate degree or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field (preferred)
• Strong academic record
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills

Education:

• Undergraduate degree or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field (preferred)

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Intellectual Property Law (desired)
