Duties

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and revising documents.
• Respond to and object to discovery disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft briefs and other legal documents.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven defense-side commercial litigation experience in California courts.
• Experience in business, probate, fiduciary, real estate litigation, or class actions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• California Bar Admission is required.
