Duties: Act as the primary contact for contract administration and negotiation and management of commercial contracts. Will also support the legal and business teams in implementing and innovating process to support operations and business development. Contract management of new contracts and renewals. Own contract administration in all phases of the contract lifecycle from procurement through execution. Collaborate with stakeholders in legal and business client groups on process and policy creation. Review and negotiate a variety of agreements pertaining to intellectual property (IP) licensing, software and technology, manufacturing of consumer goods, non-disclosure agreements, and professional services agreements. Lead and collaborate in routine client stakeholder meetings on project status and advising on business development.
