Duties

• Conduct and resolve title examinations and issues efficiently

• Collaborate with agents, lenders, builders, developers, and investors throughout the transaction process

• Provide legal support for real estate closings and ensure regulatory compliance

• Interpret legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and title policies

• Address and manage expectations of various parties involved in a transaction

• Maintain consistent communication and strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Adapt quickly to procedural or market changes impacting real estate law or practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing in residential real estate law

• Proficiency in resolving title issues and managing closing processes

• Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-service mindset

• Capability to manage multiple priorities with careful attention to detail

• Technological proficiency, especially with legal and real estate platforms

• Currently licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
