A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, secured financing, or similar transactions. Experience with joint ventures is a plus.

Duties

• Collaborate with partners on complex real estate transactions.

Requirements
