A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney with an intellectual property focus to join their team remotely in the United States. This role involves handling patent, trademark, and copyright litigation in federal court, providing an opportunity to work with diverse clients on complex IP challenges.

Duties

• Serve as lead counsel on IP litigation cases.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with colleagues and clients.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze legal issues and conduct high-level legal research.
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Maintain organized case files and timelines.
• Represent clients in trial when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; admission to the Nevada bar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright law.
• Significant litigation experience; trial experience is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload.
• A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
• Genuine passion for client service and intellectual property law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
