Duties: Lead development of innovative marketing plans for $80M+ business, designed to drive strong lead and revenue generation and brand equity. Collaborate closely with marketing peers to ensure strong efficiency in plan execution and leveraging best practices across global marketing teams. Manage marketing team, potentially across geographies, developing their skills and acumen while inspiring strong execution. Lead the development of global segment and portfolio marketing efforts such as solution messaging, migration efforts, integration efforts, cross-regional marketing campaigns, and global product launches. Establish recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Establish and achieve lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals. Establish and achieve marketing expense budget goals including managing a budget of >$500K. Establish strong working relationships with sales, product, services and technology planning leadership. Provide clear visibility to senior leadership team on key monthly performance metrics and goals. Lead the process of establishing annual plans and gaining alignment to internal and external stakeholders, and persuading others to support those plans.
