O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky is an established, rapidly-growing Labor and Employee Benefits law firm.  We are seeking a motivated attorney with 3-5 years benefits experience to join our ERISA benefit plan compliance practice. If you are looking for independence, growth and support, this is a great opportunity. We are housed in a new facility in the beautiful, suburban setting of Moorestown, New Jersey with easy access to New York and Philadelphia. The successful candidate will have experience in, and be familiar with, the following:

• Defined Benefit Pension Plans
• Defined Contribution Pension Plans
• Health and Welfare Plans
• Apprentice Training Programs
• Employee Retirement Income Security Act Compliance
• Internal Revenue Code Compliance
• Drafting Plan documents, Trust Agreements and Summary Plan Descriptions
• Drafting Benefit Plan policies and procedures
• Preparing and reviewing Plan provider agreements
