Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury and other legal matters.
• Manage a caseload from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Prepare and present cases for trial, including depositions and court appearances.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and expert witnesses.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to New York Bar (federal court a plus).
• At least 5 years of litigation experience in New York.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload with attention to detail.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
