Duties

• Participate in all aspects of public and private company transactional work.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence efforts.
• Mentor and oversee junior attorneys.
• Manage organizational tasks and corporate drafting for major transactions.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of corporate and securities practice experience.
• Experience with large public company transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting documents and managing detailed transactions.
• Knowledge of basic securities laws and capital markets work.
• Qualified to practice law in New York; active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
