Duties

• Handle transactions involving residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Advise clients on land use planning and related legal issues.
• Manage and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in a prominent law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and commitment to ethics.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Membership in the Utah Bar or willingness to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Utah Bar or eligibility to join.
