Duties:

• Offer legal guidance and support to clients during the pre-litigation process
• Advise clients on appropriate courses of action based on their cases
• Conduct client meetings to understand their legal concerns and goals
• Develop and strategize effective solutions for case resolution
• Communicate legal options, potential outcomes, and risks to clients
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, dispositions, and contracts
• Assist in executing agreements and other legal formalities
• Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships
• Stay updated on current laws, legislation, and legal trends
• Ensure professionalism and exceptional client service at all times
• Adhere to state and federal legal statutes, rules, and procedures
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in personal injury or pre-litigation law preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ethical decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
