Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Net-Zero Program group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Net-Zero Business Development and Financial Strategist! Our team works a hybrid 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls facilities with every other Friday off.

Responsibilities Include:

Pursue Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) and other sources of direct funding to enable Net-Zero projects to achieve Net-Zero by 2031.

Identify relevant opportunities and leading the proposal process as well as tracking and measurement of capture metrics.

Develop innovative ways to advance achievement of Net-Zero goals, including financial strategies for implementation activities and interface directly with senior management, DOE, and other stakeholders to provide status, gather input, and explore new opportunities for funding to enable INL in the pursuit of Net-Zero.

Responsible for strategy and planning to align laboratory operations with the directorate's mission and goals.

Identify and/or develop relevant Net-Zero funding opportunities.

Provide tracking and reporting of funding opportunity announcements and other potential sources of funding for Net-Zero and Sustainability projects

Applicable Bachelors Degree plus 5-8 years relevant experience

Salary Grade PR0300: 200 ($81,288 - $134,100) / Salary Grade PR0400: 210 ($93,492 - $154,212)
