Senior Corporate Counsel
Duties: Provide legal support to its organization. Responsible for strategy, documentation and negotiation of all partnership/sponsorship agreements, commercial contracts, seller and user online agreements. Counsel the business teams supporting those areas of the business on consumer protection, intellectual property, e-commerce, and privacy issues. Will personally be involved in strategically important commercial transactions and oversee drafting and negotiating deals with traditional media, social media, marketing partners and vendors. Navigate this role with minimal oversight, but who also collaborates well cross functionally and acts as a true business partner on a diverse range of cutting-edge legal issues. Working closely with business development, marketing and PR executives and their leadership teams and acting as their real-time legal advisor; Being deeply integrated with business partners, understanding their needs and helping to find creative solutions to achieve business objectives; Working with business partners to understand, structure, draft, negotiate and close commercial agreements; Coordinating with cross functional partners, including Tax, Finance, Information Security, Litigation, and other internal teams; Assisting in the development of internal processes and procedures for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.; and Encouraging career development in more junior team members.
