A law firm is seeking an Attorney for its Colmar, PA office.

Job Overview: The Attorney will engage in various intellectual property attorney work, including trademark and copyright litigation, preparing responses to trademark office actions in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, copyright work, client contact and correspondence, and legal research and writing.

Duties:

• Handle trademark and copyright litigation cases
• Prepare responses to trademark office actions in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Conduct copyright work, including registrations and infringement matters
• Maintain regular client contact and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and writing as necessary

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Bar in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in intellectual property law is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research methods and resources
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
