Litigation Paralegal

The candidate will assist attorneys with all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial. Draft legal documents, including discovery requests and responses, notices, affidavits, and pleadings. Collect, review, and summarize employee personnel files, pay records, medical records and bills. Handle correspondence, organize and maintain physical and electronic files. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should preferably have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program is required. Experience with document management systems, such as iManage is required. Knowledge of and experience with eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity, and Trial Director is required.
