Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience in employment law.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission or eligibility to waive in is a plus.
• Currently in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
• No disciplinary history or professional negligence.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
