The candidate should have 3 years of prior work experience in PTAB, patent litigation in district court and/or ITC proceedings; strong research, writing and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; as well as an ability to work successfully as part of a team. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Programming, or a related field is required. Applicants with some degree of familiarity with software coding are preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
