A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney for its San Francisco office. The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate matters, with a focus on emerging companies and venture capital transactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Admission to the California State Bar is required.

Duties:

• Handle corporate matters, particularly emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, if applicable.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, partners, and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm working on mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience working on emerging companies and venture capital matters (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Remarkable attention to detail.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
