Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare court filings and manage e-filing processes.
• Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in toxic tort, asbestos, or silica cases.
• Admitted to practice in California and located in Texas.
• Experience with California cases is advantageous.
• Proficient in motion practice and depositions.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in California.
