Duties

• Advise lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending transactions.
• Handle UCC secured transactions and leveraged finance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of debt finance experience.
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending.
• Familiarity with UCC secured transactions and private capital.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California.
