Duties

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare trial documents and try cases.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of litigation and/or trial experience in personal injury law.
• Detail-oriented and able to take direction and criticism well.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for helping people and a desire to learn.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
