Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.

• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Attend court proceedings and represent clients in litigation matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• FL Bar License.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• 1-5 years' experience in first-party property insurance law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• FL Bar License.
