• Duties
• Provide legal advice on federal healthcare program antikickback statutes and state equivalents.
• Advise on compliance with the False Claims Act.
• Ensure adherence to PhRMA and/or AdvaMed Code compliance.
• Assist with government price reporting and discount programs.

• Requirements
• Two to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Prior law firm or in-house experience preferred.
• Membership in the DC Bar or eligibility to waive in.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Certifications
• Active DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
