Duties:

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conducting legal research and analysis related to patent prosecution matters.
• Communicating with clients, patent examiners, and other stakeholders.
• Providing strategic advice on patent portfolio management.
• Collaborating with colleagues on patent litigation matters when necessary.
• Assisting with patent infringement analyses and opinions.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of legal experience, focusing on intellectual property law.
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patents.
• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
