Job Overview

Duties
- Lead in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
- Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
- Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.
- Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases.
- Substantial experience representing landlords.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD)
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
