Have clerked in an appellate court, preferably a federal appellate court; Have written appellate briefs in state and federal court; Have a desire to grow and expand current client base and legal experience; Is admitted to the appellate bar of one or more federal circuit courts, and have a self-sufficient portable book of business with the ability to support other's clients. Should have 6+ years experience. Have orally argued four or more appellate cases in state and federal court, and be known as an appellate lawyer in that lawyer's local or regional community.
