Position in a small practice for an attorney who has some experience in Elder and/or Family law, including estate planning, guardianship, probate. marital dissolution, paternity and child custody. The candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of experience or has graduated with a concentration of course study in the Elder law field. Attorney will be required to participate in networking events to help with production of new clients.
