Duties

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries.
• Participate in debt restructuring matters for both debtors and creditors.
• Structure financing solutions for stressed and distressed companies.
• Work with private equity sponsors on leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
• Engage in general corporate finance matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
