Job Overview:
A prominent national law firm is actively seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with experience in complex product liability matters, particularly those involving pharmaceutical and medical device companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing skills and have direct experience with Daubert and Rule 702 motions. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation in a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

Location:

• Atlanta, GA

Duties:

• Drafting discovery responses, motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Supervising junior associates and legal support staff

• Communicating directly with clients and providing case updates

• Collaborating with expert witnesses

• Conducting fact development and participating in depositions

• Contributing to case strategy and litigation planning

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm

• Demonstrated experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motion practice

• Prior exposure to pharmaceutical or medical device product liability cases

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school

Certifications:

• Active law license in the jurisdiction of practice

• Admission to the New York Bar is preferred but not required

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $250,000–$370,000 (based on geographic market and qualifications)
