Birmingham office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on complex civil cases. The candidate will draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Will conduct legal research to support case progression and management. Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on case progress. Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial environment to strategize and execute case objectives. Should preferably be proficient in legal research and preparing pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Prior experience with depositions and trials will be highly advantageous. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama or qualified to obtain licensure by reciprocity. Federal or state clerkship experience is desirable.
