Duties

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications in software and electronics

• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses

• Counsel clients on IP strategy and patent portfolio development

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

• Deliver high-quality legal work with attention to technical and legal detail

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Experience in client counseling and portfolio management is a plus

• Ability to provide writing samples and academic transcripts upon request

• Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed office locations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields:

  • Computer Science

  • Computer Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

Certifications

• Active USPTO Registration Number (required)
