A law firm seeks a Senior/Partner Level Family Law Attorney in Southwest Florida. This role involves managing a diverse caseload in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte Counties, focusing on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence. The attorney will leverage strong litigation and courtroom experience to advocate for clients.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on family law matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and craft compelling pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients effectively in court and provide compassionate counsel.
• Collaborate with a top-tier team to develop winning case strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Family Law experience for Senior level; 8+ years for Partner level.
• 8+ total years as a licensed attorney for Senior level; 10+ years for Partner level.
• Experience in Civil Litigation is considered.
• Active Florida Bar license is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

• Strong litigation and courtroom experience.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
