LITIGATION ATTORNEY OF COUNSEL OR LATERAL PARTNER

Profile

Whitney, Thompson & Jeffcoach, LLP, is looking to hire a litigation attorney to join our team at the Of Counsel or Lateral Partner level who has five plus years of experience in business and/or employment litigation. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to providing the highest level of client service. Candidates must have substantial litigation and court experience, including all phases of litigation up to and including trial. Trial or appellate experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements:

California State Bar License, active and in good standing

Five years of experience in business and/or employment litigation

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
