Duties:

• Conduct thorough reviews of all conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.

• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence necessary to initiate actions.

• Represent clients at court hearings and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.

• Maintain and update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.

• Pennsylvania Bar membership is required.

• Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Certifications:

• Bar membership in Pennsylvania is required.

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer and office software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to correspond professionally and clearly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and recommend corrective actions.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
