A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Larkspur, CA. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of litigation and support the firm's operations, contributing to the team's success.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Draft and review discovery documents and manage depositions.
• Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for trials and hearings.
• Participate in trials and provide legal support as needed.

Requirements

• Active California Bar License, in good standing.
• 2-7 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
• Experience in handling complex litigation matters.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.
