The successful candidate will advise clients on cybersecurity incidents, regulatory investigations, and provide advisory services such as incident response and risk assessments.

Duties

• Guide clients through cybersecurity incident responses and subsequent developments.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management issues.
• Engage with state, national, and international privacy and cybersecurity laws.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws like CCPA, GDPR, GLBA.
• Am Law 100 experience preferred.
• Three or more years of commercial litigation experience with an interest in cybersecurity.
• Admission or eligibility for admission in the state of practice.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
