The candidate will be working on a broad range of complex transactional matters. Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful commercial real estate transactions including closings, real estate development, acquisitions, and leasing. Providing legal analysis in documents related to corporate matters. Drafting and negotiating key legal documents for corporate matters. Should have 2-6 years of transactional experience. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and be in good standing. Must have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Must have experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Experience with securities regulation and representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions are preferred. Must be intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. Must have excellent written communications skills to produce written work in a concise and effective manner. Must have strong interpersonal skills and is able to clearly communicate advice to clients and colleagues. Must have strong analytical skills and can offer unique perspectives on complex issues. Demonstrates sound judgment and works effectively under pressure is needed. Strong attention to detail is needed.
