Duties

• Support healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review healthcare agreements and contracts.
• Advise on clinical research and academic medicine matters.
• Support counseling on healthcare data use and commercialization.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience or strong interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based practice.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
