Profile
Growing Metro Detroit law firm specializing in Condominium, HOA and Real Estate Litigation seeks an experienced litigation attorney. Candidate must have significant litigation experience, preferably in real-estate related areas (minimum 5 years' experience required). Ideal candidate will have in the range of 5 to 10 years of real-estate related litigation experience.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven to achieve, with a sincere desire and interest in litigation work (including trial work). Bonuses are available for this position based on quarterly production. Candidates who are seriously interested in earning production-related bonuses are strongly desired.
Experience in foreclosure, debt collection and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act litigation also desirable.
Salary commensurate with experience. Quarterly bonuses earned based on production would be paid in addition to Salary.
Possible partnership opportunity also may exist for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year. Negotiable based on experienced and perceived fit with firm.
