Duties
- Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance.
- Background in representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- State bar admission.
