This role involves managing a high-volume caseload of pharmaceutical and medical device personal injury and products liability cases. Duties

• Manage caseload from intake through settlement.
• Evaluate cases using medical records and client information.
• Draft and file legal pleadings and respond to discovery.
• Maintain communication with clients.
• Coordinate with bankruptcy trustees and probate counsel.
• Provide litigation support to colleagues.
• Prioritize and manage deadlines across multiple matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law as an Associate.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple projects.
• Experience conducting and taking depositions preferred.
• Experience with responding to written discovery preferred.
• Prior personal injury experience preferred.
